Mr. Dell, business member, is a Partner in Maple, Dell + McClelland, Architects, LLP. He was appointed to the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Board on May 6, 2008. Mr. Dell’s career spans more than 3 decades of designing, securing entitlements and developing major architectural/construction projects. Mr. Dell’s experience in numerous public agency presentations augments his architecture and development expertise for producing projects proven to be aesthetically, functionally, and financially rewarding. Mr. Dell is also the principal-in-charge/co-project manager on the San Fernando Regional Aquatic Facility and the City of San Buenaventura’s Westside Pool Facility. Having been actively involved in leadership positions with the Glendale Kiwanis, YWCA, and the Salvation Army, Mr. Dell has helped to formulate and fund programs that train and assist youth in finding gainful employment, including working with and on numerous boards and committees.
