      Luther Evans
  
       
 
 Mr. Evans, Division Chief, GAIN Program Division, Department of Public Social Services, was appointed to the Board on July 8, 2008.  Mr. Evans brings to the Board experience in planning social services, including employment services, for low-income families and indigent adults.
