Mr. Haque, business member, was appointed to the L. A. County Workforce Investment Board by County of Los Angeles Supervisor Michael Antonovich. Mr. Haque is a former L.A. County Private Industry Council member . A dynamic minority business owner, Mr. Haque is the owner of Bantam Associates, Inc., Stor It All Self Storage, and Tri-City Archives, Inc. An active member of his community, Mr. Haque’s involvement with community organizations include past President of Glendale Chamber of Commerce, and a present member of the Board of Directors of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce; past vice president of the Glendale Kiwanis. He has also worked with the Verdugo Hills Council Boy Scouts of America, Council of Pakistan American Affairs, Glendale Foundation for the Retarded. Mr. Haque is also Supervisor’s Antonovich’s appointee to the Los Angeles County Small Business Commission. He was also appointed by Sheriff Leroy D. Baca, as chairman of the Sheriff’s South Asian Advisory Council. |
