			*Fred Larkin*

	Mr. Larkin, Labor Union representative, was appointed to the Board on August 12, 2008. Mr. Larkin is a Business Representative for the Steam-Refrigeration-Air Conditioning-Pipe Fitters and Apprentices of the United Association of the United States and Canada Local 250. His professional affiliations include service on the Joint Journeyman Training Trust Board, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Industry Joint Trust fund Board, and Secretary to the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
